Laetitia George 
Chief Real Estate Officer


Laetitia George, 51, is an engineer in Civil Engineering (INSA Lyon), a graduate from business school ESSEC (master's in urban Environment Management & Real Estate Management) and from Paris Panthéon-Sorbonne University (master 2 Finance).
She began her career in consulting with Arthur Andersen in 1997. In 2000, she joined the french property developer OGIC as Program Manager, where she received two MIPIM awards for her projects.

In 2003, she joined Kaufman&Broad as Operations Director, before moving to CBRE Global Investors in 2007 as Director of Office Asset Management and Innovation.

In 2014, she created the asset management department within Groupama Immobilier, initiated major transactions (79 Champs Elysées, The Link tower,) and became Director of commercial real estate in 2017. In 2019, she receives the Golden Stone User award for the insurance group's campus.

In 2021, she became Director of Portfolios for NHOOD, a real estate operator.

Then, she founded Contrast-e, a real estate strategy and environmental transition consultancy. In 2022, she co-initiated Unisson(s), an architectural movement in favor of low-carbon and sustainable living, and in 2023, "the Booster of Renewable and Recovered Energy".
