ADP Invest is the Corporate Venture Capital ("CVC") fund of the Groupe ADP. It invests in start-ups and venture capital funds in line with the company's strategic priorities : Passenger Experience, Airport Operations & Infrastructure, Future of Work and Decarbonization. We focus on financing companies that have already experimented with the Groupe ADP, based on needs expressed by the company's various business divisions. Each investment is sponsored by one of these departments, and their representatives sit on our investment committee.

#1: Strong support to start-ups
In addition to financing, we provide the expertise needed to develop startups. This includes business development support, access to Groupe ADP technical experts, recruitment and financial advice. We believe that by providing these complementary resources, we can help startups reach their full potential. We also give them access to our network of partner funds, which invest in the most innovative startups around the world.
#2: Creating value with our partner venture capital funds
ADP Group's investments in venture capital funds not only give our partner funds access to ADP Group's technical experts, but also provide a potential testing ground for the start-ups in their portfolios. In addition, we share investment opportunities with these same funds, which can lead to co-investments in startups.
#3: Supporting group strategy
We give priority to aligning with the objectives of our business divisions. We therefore invest in startups that are relevant to the innovation needs they have identified (Passenger Experience, Airport Operations & Infrastructure, Future of Work and Decarbonization). Our partner venture capital funds also enable us to identify startups in these same segments.
#4: Strengthening ou international positioning
Our portfolio of startups is international in scope, with a focus on identifying companies with the potential to expand into new markets and new customers. As a result, the Groupe ADP can enrich its responses to calls for tender in new geographical areas. In addition, our system provides access to a wide range of international innovation ecosystems, including in North America and Asia, and enables us to maintain a global watch on disruptive technologies.
