TAV Airports:
Turkey's leading airport operator

TAV Airports is Turkey's biggest airport operator. It has established itself as the leader in airport services for the Middle East, North Africa and Central Asia. Groupe ADP currently holds 46.12% of its share capital.

TAV Airports operates at every stage of the airport value chain: its subsidiaries are active in the areas of duty free, bars and restaurants, ground handling, security, operational services and information systems.

This group manages a portfolio of 14 airports in 7 countries: Turkey (Ankara-Esenboga, Antalya, Izmir-Adnan Menderes, Gazipasa-Alanya and Milas-Bodrum), Tunisia (Monastir and Enfidha-Hammamet), Georgia (Tbilisi and Batumi), Kazakhstan (Almaty), North Macedonia (Skopje and Ohrid), Saudi Arabia (Medina) and Croatia (Zagreb).

As an integrated airport operator, TAV Airports also offers a wide range of services through its specialist subsidiaries: ATU (travel retail and duty free), BTA (bars and restaurants), Havas and TGS (ground handling), TAV OS (airport lounges), TAV Technologies (telecommunications) and TAV Security (security).

These commercially dynamic service subsidiaries regularly secure new contracts. In the United States for example, ATU has been operating the retail area at Houston Airport since 2015.

TAV Airports' growth strategy is based on the development of a network of airports in various regions of the world and the development of non-airline revenue, notably by benefiting from the roll-out of Groupe ADP’s hospitality strategy.
