Diversity and professional equality
at the heart of our commitment

Diversity and professional equality are central to Groupe ADP's commitments. On International Women's Day, discover the portrait of an inspiring employee of the group: Kahina, technical expert in Information Systems in the Digital and Transformation Department.

After getting a Master's in Administration and Networks and getting a year of work experience in Algeria, Kahina decided to keep studying in France, where she got a second Master's in Networks and Cloud at Sorbonne University. Kahina joined Groupe ADP on a work-study programme before being hired in 2022.

Today, her job consists of maintaining the company's private cloud infrastructure, an internal IT platform hosting more than 2,000 virtual servers, in optimal condition. This virtualisation environment supports IT services such as Crews for airlines and DBA for automatic baggage drop-off. This involves providing the Digital and Transformation management teams with all the necessary virtual servers in the form of a service catalogue. Kahina ensures that these servers are always available, extremely secure and continuously evolving to adapt to the company's growth.

There is no domain reserved for men

In a historically male-dominated sector, her testimony carries a powerful message: « There is no field reserved for men. I have always wanted to work in a technical field where I feel very comfortable. » For her, digital technology is « an exciting sector that is constantly evolving and offers many opportunities. »

She offers clear encouragement to those who wish to pursue a career in IT or technical fields: « Be bold! Get training, believe in your abilities and, above all, don't let anyone define your limits. »

Over 20 years of commitment to Groupe ADP

Committed to professional equality between women and men for more than twenty years, Groupe ADP implements its policy in this area through agreements (it is now on its seventh, signed in 2023). The company is helping to change attitudes, notably through partnerships with associations such as Airemploi and Elles bougent and by participating in events (job fairs, school fairs, webinars, meetings, etc.).

It is improving gender diversity in all professions and at all levels of responsibility, and is moving towards equal pay thanks to a proactive HR policy. Finally, it is strengthening family and parental rights with, for example, additional remuneration for parental leave and flexible working hours for specific cases.
