Baptiste Maurand 

Chief Engineering and Capital Projects Officer


Baptiste Maurand, born in 1981, graduated from the Ecole Nationale des Ponts et Chaussées and the Ecole Nationale des Travaux Publics de l'Etat, as well as from the University of Westminster in London, as a Chief Engineer of Ponts, Eaux et Forêts, specialising in transport policy.


Baptiste Maurand worked between 2004 and 2008 in a decentralised department of the Ministry of Ecology in Rouen, before taking charge of rail motorway concessions and the rail freight recovery plan from 2009 to 2012 at the Directorate-General for Infrastructure, Transport and the Sea (DGITM).

In 2013, he became CDG Express project manager at the DGITM. In 2014, he joined the cabinet of the Secretary of State for Transport as technical adviser in charge of road, rail and waterway infrastructure. He joined the Portof Le Havre in 2016 as deputy managing director and then managing director until 2021. He contributed to the merger of the ports of the Seine Axis, Le Havre, Rouen and Paris into a single public institution, leading to the creation of Haropa Port, of which he is Deputy Managing Director for Le Havre until the end of 2021.


Baptiste Maurand joins the Groupe ADP in 2022 as Deputy Director of Engineering and Projects. He joined Groupe ADP's Executive Committee on 1 July 2023.
