Paris Aéroport on the top rungs of the hospitality ladder

For Groupe ADP, winning this award is an achievement, and maintaining it requires constant commitment: modernising infrastructures, optimising routes, continuous innovation... We welcome our passengers with excellence, and it is this requirement that enables Paris-Charles de Gaulle to remain among the best airports, while promoting France throughout the world.

These results are a source of great pride for all Groupe ADP employees. The daily commitment of our teams and their ability to innovate and reinvent themselves mean that our airports around the world can now meet the expectations of our passengers. By making the new Paris Aéroport website their first travel companion, by enabling them to get to Paris-Orly airport in 20 minutes thanks to metro line 14, and by offering them unique services in boarding lounges thanks to Extime, we have everything we need to become a world benchmark in hospitality.
