How far in advance can I reserve a parking space?
You can book a car park from 6 months before your arrival. The earlier you book, the more attractive the rate.

No, reservations cannot be made by telephone.
Are there shuttle buses from the car park to the airport (departure or arrival terminal)?
What should I do if my reservation is overrun?
You are allowed a 3-hour margin of tolerance (compared with the scheduled check-out time).
Enter your access code; if the barrier does not open, the margin has been exceeded and you will have to pay a supplement.
You can pay this amount directly by credit card at the exit terminal.
You will be charged €25 per extra day and €35 for premium parking.
What if my return flight is diverted and I land at Paris-CDG or Paris-Orly but my car is parked at Paris-Orly or Paris-Charles de Gaulle?
You should plan to make your own way to the car park, but the airline usually provides transfers to the original airport.
Is there a petrol station near the airport?
Petrol stations are located at the entrances to both Paris Charles de Gaulle and Paris-Orly airports.
I've forgotten where I parked my car, what can I do?

Can I change or cancel my car park reservation?
You cannot change your booking, but you can cancel it free of charge up to 6 hours before the scheduled time of entry to the car park. To do this, go to your customer area and request cancellation in your current orders. The refund will be made within 72 hours to the same credit card used for payment.

Are there any service charges?
No, there is no charge for parking standard vehicles. But for oversize vehicles, additional charges may apply.
Are the car parks accessible to people with reduced mobility?
You can take advantage of a 50% discount on the price of your parking space (ticket price on site). This rate does not apply online; you must go directly to the car park to see the staff on site. Your discount will be applied on presentation of your disability card. Dedicated wheelchair spaces are located at the entrances and are clearly signposted.
Are trolleys available in the car parks?
Yes, trolleys are available free of charge in our car parks.
How does the Valet service work at Orly?
With the new Valet service* in the
P1 car park at Paris-Orly, Paris Aéroport lets you leave your car keys at the car park entrance without having to worry about the rest: we take care of parking your vehicle in an official Paris Aéroport outdoor parking lot located on the Paris-Orly hub and return it to you on your return.

How can I cancel?
No changes are possible, but you can cancel free of charge up to 6 hours before the scheduled time of entry to the car park. To do this, go to your customer area on www.extime.com and request cancellation in your current orders. The refund will be made within 72 hours to the same credit card used for payment.
What should I do if my flight is delayed?
The day before your departure, a text message will be sent to you. If your flight is delayed, don't worry, our team will know (thanks to the flight number you entered when you booked).
How do I get to the P1 VALET car park?
Follow the signs for P1. Once inside, follow the signs to the P1 Valet entrance.
How can I collect my vehicle in advance?
This request must remain exceptional as it will have a major impact on the organisation of the Valet service. In an emergency, to collect your vehicle in advance, please go directly to the P1 Valet reception area. Depending on how busy it is and where your vehicle is on the waiting list, you may have to wait a long time. No refund will be given.
How is the inventory carried out?
Your car will be inspected on arrival and on departure. Photographs will be taken of the exterior of the vehicle and any visible damage. You will be asked to sign the inventory.
What should I do before giving the vehicle keys to the valet?
Please do not leave any valuables or visible damage in your vehicle. The inventory of fixtures carried out on site by the service provider only concerns the condition of the exterior of the vehicle and not the interior. In the event of theft, we cannot be held responsible.

What liquid products can I take with me in the cabin?
Paris Airport recommends that its customers place all liquid products, creams, gels, pastes and aerosols purchased outside the airport in checked baggage.
If you nevertheless wish to take them with you in the cabin, they must be contained in containers of 100 ml maximum and placed in a transparent re-sealable bag (such as a freezer bag), with a maximum capacity of one litre (approximately 20cm x 20cm), with only one bag per passenger.
Food for babies or young children required for the journey is permitted, regardless of capacity, if the child is present. These products must be presented separately at security control.
Medicines in liquid or cream form are authorised regardless of their capacity. The quantity must be in relation to the length of your stay. However, you are advised to present yourself at security checkpoints with a prescription or doctor's prescription (certified by the pharmacist) in your name.
Regulations governing the carriage of liquids in the cabin
Can I buy duty-free liquids larger than 100 ml and take them on board the aircraft?
Yes, if your journey does not involve a connecting flight. You can take with you in the cabin drinks, cosmetics, etc. larger than 100 ml purchased in duty-free shops. The seller will put them in a sealed bag with a receipt inside the bag attesting to the date of purchase. The bag must be presented separately at the security check. Do not open the bag until you arrive at your final destination. If you have any correspondence, check with the shop where you make your purchases.
Since 31 January 2014, there have been no restrictions on carrying liquids purchased in duty-free shops, provided that, if you have a connecting flight, your purchases are placed in a sealed security bag by the shop.

Can I take my lipstick on board?
Yes, "solid" cosmetics are permitted in the cabin. However, lip gloss is subject to restrictions (maximum 100 ml in a one-litre transparent bag).
Please note that on flights to the United States, the volume of powder products (make-up, talcum powder, etc.) is limited to 350 ml.
I'm travelling with insulin and syringes. Is this permitted?
Syringes, injection pens and medicines are authorised in the quantities necessary for your stay. To carry this type of medication, you will need a medical prescription in your name or a certificate from your pharmacist.
I have asthma. Can I take an inhalator with me?
Yes, but you may be asked to produce a prescription in your name or a certificate from the pharmacist.
I wear a metal prosthesis. Is there a specific procedure to follow?
You must tell the security officer about your prosthesis before going through security screening. Bring a medical certificate or an X-ray showing your prosthesis.
I need walking sticks to get around. Are they allowed in the cabin?
Yes, walking sticks, crutches and walkers are screened using X-ray equipment. The security agent will give you all the assistance you need to pass the check in the most comfortable conditions.
Can I take a baby seat in the cabin?
Yes, subject to your airline's agreement. It will be checked using X-ray equipment.
Can I take a pushchair to the aircraft door?
Yes, but it will be checked using X-ray equipment.
Can I take electrical equipment with me in the cabin (MP3 player, computer, mobile phone, etc.)?
Yes, there are no restrictions on carrying this type of equipment in the cabin (camcorder, digital camera or mobile phone). Laptops and large electrical appliances must be removed from their cases and presented separately for security screening using X-ray equipment. Spare batteries for these devices are also permitted in the cabin.
Are there any restrictions on musical instruments?
We advise you to check with your company directly.
Can I take my tweezers on board?
Can I take knitting needles into the cabin?
No. Knitting needles are considered dangerous objects. They must be placed in your hold baggage, which you check in before boarding.
Can I put my house and car keys in my hand luggage?
Yes, you can carry them in your pockets, including remote controls. You will need to remove them at the security checkpoint or from your cabin baggage.
Is there any risk of damage to electrical equipment during X-ray inspection?
There is no risk for this type of equipment.
Can security checks have an impact on X-ray images?
No. X-rays do not damage radiographic images.
Can security checks have an impact on photographic film?
Yes.
Passing through certain machines during hold baggage inspection may cause irreversible damage to photographic film. It is therefore advisable to keep them with you in the cabin.
If you are carrying high-sensitivity film (over 1600 ASA), check with the manufacturer.
Are glass objects permitted in the cabin?
Yes, as long as they do not contain any liquids.
What types of food (cheese, foie gras, pasta, etc.) are permitted in the cabin?
You can take solid food with you, but no soups, sauces, etc. In general, all liquid or malleable products are prohibited: for example, fresh cheeses in liquid or malleable form are not permitted in the cabin. Opaque containers larger than 100 ml, such as cans, are prohibited regardless of their contents. All these products can, however, be purchased without restriction in duty-free shops.

Can I carry breast milk even if I'm travelling without my baby?
Yes, breast milk can be carried in the cabin. However, you must be able to justify the reason why you are travelling with this breast milk (certificate from a doctor stating that you are breast-feeding, proof of adoption and need to carry breast milk to feed the baby who is going to be adopted, etc.). In this case, there are no restrictions on what you can take with you.ids, gels and aerosols in accordance with standard transport rules.
Can I travel with medication if my baby/child is being treated?
Yes.
Liquids corresponding to medicines or products for medical use are authorised in quantities necessary for the duration of the journey (outward journey, stay in the destination country and return journey). Please take with you the medical prescription justifying these treatments.
There are no restrictions on solid medicines (tablets and capsules, for example).
To avoid any risk of liquid medicines being refused authorisation in the cabin, you are advised to place them in your hold baggage, and to keep with you in the cabin only those liquids that are essential for your baby's medical needs or nutrition.
If you are travelling without hold baggage, you are advised to place liquids for medical purposes of less than 100 ml that you wish to keep in the 20x20 cm freezer bag.
Please note: equipment containing liquid oxygen, even for medical use, is not permitted in the hold or in the cabin. Small cylinders of oxygen or gaseous air used for medical purposes* are regulated items in the cabin.
*: to be notified to your airline before your departure.
Can I carry pureed foods in plastic pots or containers in my hand baggage?
These foods are subject to restrictions (containers of less than 100 ml presented in a 1-litre bag) if the passenger is unable to prove the dietary or medical nature of such foods.
On the other hand, if these foods are considered to be of a medical dietary nature (presentation of a medical certificate, for example), then they are not subject to the carry-on restriction.
If the food is for a baby travelling with you, then it is not subject to the carry-on restriction.
I've forgotten some essential products for my baby / child. Where can I buy them if I need them?
You will find many essential products (milk, wipes, etc.) in our pharmacies located in the pre-control zone.
After the checks, most Relay shops offer certain products (nappies, wipes, etc.).
If you've forgotten your child's cuddly toy, don't panic! Rattles are on sale in our pharmacies before the controls and you'll find toys and cuddly toys in most of our Relay stores.
Is there somewhere I can heat my baby's bottle and potty?
Yes, you can heat your baby's bottle and potties in many seated catering outlets and in the baby lounge at Orly 4 airport.

Can I take wet wipes into the aircraft cabin?

Baby changing areas are available in all the toilet blocks at Paris-Charles de Gaulle and Paris-Orly airports.

This service is free, with free access, and open 7 days a week, 24 hours a day.
What documents do I need for my baby/child to travel?
ALL children (aged 0-18) must have at least a national identity card and/or passport, depending on their nationality and destination.
