How does the Valet service work at Orly?

How can I cancel ?
No changes are possible, but you have the option of cancelling free of charge up to 6 hours before the scheduled time of entry to the car park. To do this, go to your customer area and request cancellation in your current orders. The refund will be made within 72 hours to the same credit card used for payment.
What if my flight is delayed?
The day before your departure, an SMS will be sent to you. If your plane is delayed, don't worry, our team will know (thanks to the flight number you entered when you booked).
How can I collect my vehicle in advance?
This request must remain exceptional as it will have a major impact on the organisation of the Valet service. In the event of an emergency, to collect your vehicle in advance, we invite you to go directly to the P1 Valet reception area.Depending on the number of people and the situation of your vehicle in the waiting list, a long waiting time will be expected. No refund will be applied. No refund will be applied.
How do I get to the P1 VALET car park?
Follow the road signs to P1. After entering your reservation code at the P1 entrance, proceed to the P1 Valet by entering your code a second time.
What is the gantry used for?
The Photo Gantry automatically detects exterior damage to your vehicle, using 250 HD photos.
What should I do before giving the keys of my vehicle to the Valet?
We ask you to not leave valuables and visible items in your vehicle. The inventory carried out on site by the service provider concerns only the exterior condition of the vehicle and not the interior elements. In the event of theft, we cannot be held responsible.
