
To facilitate your journey through our airports, the Paris Aéroport Mobility Assistance service is here to support you and your needs at any or every stage of your journey through Paris-Charles de Gaulle or Paris-Orly Airports.
Important information
At least 48 hours in advance, please advise the following of your need for assistance and confirm any medical equipment you might be bringing: your travel agent, your tour operator or your airline when you book your flight.

Go to the check-in desks or Mobility Assistance area at least 2 hours before your short- or medium-haul flight (3 hours before a long-haul flight) in order to ensure you get the assistance you need.
Plan your transport to and from the airport: Mobility Assistance does not cover transport to or from hotels.
Are you travelling alone? The Mobility Assistance service can escort you to the toilets. However, this service does not include help with eating/drinking or taking medication, assistance within the toilet facilities, or any other personal assistance.Mobility Assistance does not cover transport to or from hotels.
How will you be travelling?
Are you travelling with someone else?
You will be assisted in the presence of your travel companions. If this is not possible, the Mobility Assistance service will show your companions where to go.
Are you travelling with your own wheelchair?
Contact your
airline to find out about bringing your equipment on board the aircraft. You will have priority at security and border control. When it’s time to board, the airline you are travelling with will collect your wheelchair just before you board the aircraft. On arrival, you will collect your wheelchair upon exiting the aircraft. This process depends on the terminal of departure.

Getting to the check-in area
As soon as you arrive at Paris-CDG or Paris-Orly Airport, whatever your means of transport, go to the Departures level of your terminal and find the check-in area.
If you are unable to move around unaccompanied, you can notify us of your arrival to the airport using the call points located in the car parks, or curbside in front of the terminals. These call points are equipped with magnetic induction loops for people with hearing aids and audio waypoints to guide passengers with impaired or no vision.
The Mobility Assistance service will meet you and escort you to your check-in area.

Checking-in
At the check-in desk, you can confirm or request mobility assistance from the airline you are travelling with.
Once you have checked in yourself and your baggage, please go to the Mobility Assistance area located in your departure terminal where you will be welcomed and can discuss your assistance requirements.
You can wait in this area until your assistant arrives.

- T2A/T2C: Departures, near the boarding area, next to the pharmacy
- T2B/T2D: Departures, between T2B and T2D, next to the pharmacy

- T2F: Departures, entrance/exit 11
- T2G: Departures, at the terminal entrance
- T3: Departures, opposite the entrance/exit of Terminal 3

Getting to the gate and boarding the aircraft
The Mobility Assistance service will accompany you to your boarding gate or to a Mobility Assistance area.
You can enjoy the shops, bars and restaurants, before heading to your gate where you will wait for your flight to open.
When your flight begins boarding, depending on your needs, the Mobility Assistance service will accompany you to the door of the aircraft or to your seat.
If you wish, you can board independently. The Mobility Assistance service will inform the airline of your presence and ensure you benefit from priority boarding

Arriving in Paris and leaving the airport
When flying into Paris, please don’t forget to notify your airline of your need for assistance. The Mobility Assistance service will welcome you upon disembarkation or at your seat.
If you are entering the Schengen area, the Mobility Assistance service will help you prepare your travel documents and accompany you through security and border control.
The Mobility Assistance service will escort you to the baggage reclaim area and assist you, if necessary, in collecting your baggage and exiting the baggage reclaim area.
If you wish, the Mobility Assistance service will accompany you to your point of departure from the airport: outside of the terminal, the car parks, the bus station, the Paris-CDG TGV railway station or Orlyval station

Arriving in Paris and getting a connecting flight
When flying into Paris, please don’t forget to notify your airline of your need for assistance.
Once you arrive in Paris, please disembark the aircraft and prepare your travel documents.
The Mobility Assistance service will welcome you and accompany you to your boarding gate, if necessary using a dedicated shuttle service.
If you will be exiting the Schengen area, the Mobility Assistance service will help you prepare your travel documents and accompany you through security and border control.
