RER B works and roads access




RER B line works to and from Paris-Charles de Gaulle airport



If you want to go to Paris-Charles de Gaulle airport by RER B, please prepare your trip in advance. Works on the line which may change schedules of your trains and your travel time. Consult news about RER B:





Planning of works in the 1st half-year 2025: from wednesday january 01 to saturday may 31

During the 1st half-year, works to modernise the northern line will interrupt RER services to and from Paris-Charles de Gaulle airport.

Substitution buses will be provided to all stations.

From Saturday 25 to Sunday 26 january: Interruption between Le Bourget and Aulnay-Sous-Bois


From Saturday 25 to Sunday 26 january, all day long, maintenance work will interrupt traffic in both directions between Le Bourget and Aulnay-sous-Bois stations.

Trains will be back on schedule the following morning.

A replacement bus service will be provided to all stations.


Sunday 6 February: Interruption between Le Bourget and Aulnay-Sous-Bois


Sunday 6 February, all day long, maintenance work will interrupt traffic in both directions between Le Bourget and Aulnay-sous-Bois stations.

Trains will be back on schedule the following morning.

A replacement bus service will be provided to all stations.


From Monday 6 january to Friday 21 March: Interruption between Gare du Nord and Aéroport Charles de Gaulle 2-TGV / Mitry-Claye


From Monday January 6 to Friday March 21, except on January 31 and February 14, 17, 21 and 24, Monday to Friday, from 10:45pm, maintenance work will interrupt traffic in both directions between Gare du Nord and Aéroport Charles de Gaulle 2-TGV/Mitry-Claye stations.

Trains will be back on schedule the following morning.

A replacement bus service will be provided to all stations.





Status of RER B until 2026


RER line B will undergo major modernisation and maintenance work until 2025. Some of these works will require partial shutdowns of the line, mainly in the evening and on certain weekends.
