You can join Extime Rewards loyalty by creating an account:

- on the website www.extime.com
- on the website  www.parisaeroport.fr
- on the Paris Aéroport mobile application
- in a partner Duty-Free or Duty-Paid shop by asking your sales advisor or via the QR Code displayed in certain partner shops.
 
Program membership is free, without obligation and open to all.

You can access your loyalty account by logging on either to the website www.extime.com or www.parisaeroport.fr or on Paris Aéroport mobile application.

Your loyalty account allows you to:
- Access your digital loyalty card.
- Consult your Extime Points balance.
- Follow the history of your Extime Points movements.
- Convert your Extime points into Flying Blue Miles or ALL points.
- Convert your Extime points into Misterfly discount vouchers
- Account management.
- My Assistant service: flight status alert, best route planning...

Your digital loyalty card can be accessed via your loyalty account either on the website www.extime.com or www.parisaeroport.fr and the Paris Aéroport application. It can also be sent to you by email on request by the sales advisors in certain partner shops of the program, and/or be saved on your Apple or Android wallet.

If you already have a My Paris Aéroport account, you do not need to create a new Extime Rewards loyalty program account. Your unique login details (email address and password) remain the same and you can also use them to log in to www.extime.com.

If you already have a Paris Aéroport account but are not a member of the loyalty program yet, you do not need to create a new account. You must join the loyalty program directly from Paris Aéroport account to access the www.extime.com website.

No, however you can create your Extime Rewards loyalty program account directly from the account creation form on www.extime.com or, join the loyalty program from your Paris Aéroport account if you have one.

As soon as you join Extime Rewards loyalty program, you will benefit from:

•  Exclusive access to the extime.com online store to book your car parks in advance and to be able to anticipate your Duty-Free purchases (Beauty, Grocery and Cellar) from the "Click & Collect" service.

•  Exclusive discounts all year round:
       •  10% discount on beauty products in Duty-Free shops at Paris-Charles de Gaulle and Paris-Orly airports and on the extime.com online shop. 
       •  5% discount on your 2nd parking reservation made either on the website www.extime.com or www.parisaeroport.fr or the Paris Aéroport mobile application
       •  Web member rates on Extime Lounge access reservation on the www.extime.com online shop:
                    - Adult lounge access: €95 (incl.VAT) instead of €110 (incl.VAT);
                    - Adult lounge access + shower: €115 (incl.VAT) instead of €132 (incl.VAT);
                    - Children's lounge access: €47,50 (incl.VAT) instead of €55 (incl.VAT);
                    - Children's lounge access + shower: €67,50 (incl.VAT) instead of €77 (incl.VAT);
       •  10% discount on luggage filming, baggage tracking, baggage insurance and accessories in the Bag Wrap stores at Paris-Charles de Gaulle and Paris-Orly airports.

•  Collect Extime points for every purchase to the ratio:
       •  €1 excl. tax spent = 1 Extime point collected

•  Benefit from a gift voucher on your next purchases from 200 points:
       •  200 Extime points = €2 (excl. VAT) off your shopping purchases on www.extime.com online shop or in Duty-Free shops at Paris-Charles de Gaulle and Paris-Orly airports.
       •  400 Extime points = €8 (excl. VAT) off your Extime Lounge access bookings or shopping purchases on www.extime.com or in Extime Duty Free Paris shops at Paris-Charles de Gaulle and Paris-Orly airports.
       •  400 Extime points = €10 (excl.VAT) off your Parking reservations either on www.extime.com website or the Paris Aéroport mobile application.
       •  400 Extime points = €12 (excl.VAT) in discount vouchers valid on flight bookings made on https://extime-vol.misterfly.com.

•  Convert your Extime points into Reward ALL points (Accor Live Limitless, Accor's Lifestyle loyalty program) or into Flying Blue Miles:
       •  400 Extime points = 400 points Reward ALL 
       •  400 Extime points = 800 Miles Flying Blue

•  Enjoy a 100% digital loyalty card.


Extime Rewards Terms & Conditions

As an Extime Rewards loyalty program member, you will receive an exclusive 10% discount on your beauty products (perfume, skincare, make-up) in every participating Duty-Free shops. To benefit from this discount, don't forget to present your digital loyalty card to the salesperson at cashier.

Please Note: The 10% loyalty discount cannot be combined with other promotional offers and is not eligible on low-priced items.

By being a member of the Extime Rewards loyalty program, you benefit from an exclusive 10% discount on your beauty products sold on the  extime.com online shop.

As an Extime Rewards loyalty program member, as of your 2nd parking reservation, you will benefit from an exclusive discount of 5% on all yours future parking reservations.
To benefit from this discount, don't forget to log in your Extime Rewards account on the websites www.extime.com or www.parisaeroport.fr or the Paris Aéroport application using your usual IDs (email address and password).

Reserve a parking

• Collect Extime points for every purchase according to the ratio €1 excl. = 1 Extime point

     •  Offline: present your Extime Rewards digital loyalty card at the cashier in Duty-Free, Relay, Air de Paris, Travel & Co and Discover Paris shops at Paris-Charles de Gaulle and Paris-Orly Airports. 
     •  Online: Log in your Extime Rewards account on www.extime.com for Click & Collect or for a car park and Extime Lounge access reservation or on the Paris Aéroport mobile application to reserve your car park. For flight bookings on https://extime-vol.misterfly.com, enter only the email address associated with your Extime Rewards account in step 3 "payer's details".

     Please Note: For car park and Extime Lounge access reservation no point will be credited without an online reservation on www.extime.com, neither for an online reservation made without an Extime Rewards account.

Extime points are credited to your account according to the conditions below:

•  For a purchase made at the airport (Beauty, Grocery and Cellar) Extime points will be credited to your account the same day of your transaction before midnight.
•  For a car park reservation, points will be credited to your account immediately following your actual exit from the parking lot.
•  For an Extime Lounge access reservation, the points will be credited to your account immediately following your check-in at Extime Lounge counter.
•  For your online purchases a purchase on www.extime.com  Extime points will be credited to your account immediately after your order is collected from the collection point.
•  For your online flight bookings at https://extime-vol.misterfly.com, Extime points will be credited to your kitty within 72h following the confirmation of your reservation

Each Extime point acquired will be valid for a minimum period of two (2) years.
Extime points collected from 01 January to 31 december of year Y will be valid until 31 December of year Y+2.
Example: you have accumulated 600 Extime points in 2023, these points will be valid until 31 December 2025.

After this deadline, only the unused Extime points accumulated in year N will be removed from your account. Thus, on the 31st of December N+2, the remaining Extime points accumulated in N+1 and N+2 on your account will still be valid respectively until 31 December of year N+3 and N+4.

Example: While the 600 Extime points accumulated in 2023 are valid until 31 December 2025, the 700 Extime points accumulated in 2024 are valid until the 31st of December 2026 and the 400 Extime points accumulated in 2025 are valid until the 31st of December 2027.

When you choose to use your points to redeem an Extime gift voucher, your oldest points will be used first.

Example: If in 2025, you use your account to redeem a gift voucher, the points earned in 2023 will be used first, then those earned in 2024, etc. Hence, in 2025, if you choose to convert 800 Extime points into Flying Blue miles, the 600 points acquired in 2023 and 200 acquired in 2024 will be used.

On your loyalty account, you will be able to find the details of the next expiry dates of your Extime points and the number of Extime points that will be removed from your account on that date if not used by then.

Your number of points remains unchanged following the launch of the new Extime Rewards loyalty program. The number of points from My Paris Aéroport are automatically transferred to the Extime Rewards loyalty program and their expiry date remains unchanged.

All the points acquired in your account with My Paris Aéroport before the 3rd of April as well as points pending credit following a transaction that took place before 03 April 2023 will expire on the date of your My Paris Aéroport account.

If you have created your My Paris Aéroport account in:
• 2023, your My Paris Aéroport points will be valid until 31 December 2025.
• 2022, your My Paris Aéroport points will be valid until 31 December 2024.
• 2020, your My Paris Aéroport points will be valid until 31 December 2025.
• 2019, your My Paris Aéroport points will be valid until 31 December 2024.
• 2017, your My Paris Aéroport points will be valid until 31 December 2025.
• 2016, your My Paris Aéroport points will be valid until 31 December 2024.

New points earned with Extime Rewards will follow the rule explained in the question "How long are my Extime points valid for? ".

During the night of October 3 to 4, 2023, a technical change took place in your loyalty program. This has no impact on your points balance, it remains unchanged.

The lines possibly associated with the date October 3 or 4, 2023, on your history correspond to the transactions you made before this date, and the number of points you earned.

These transactions are grouped by type: purchases made in eligible stores, or online purchases made on the Paris Aéroport website or mobile application.

If you get reimbursed for a purchase in a shop, the points that were credited will be immediately deducted to your account.

The same goes for the points used for this purchase, the points will be credited back to your account.

The outcome depends on the merchant reimbursement policy of Paris Lounge Network, specified in the General Conditions of Use of Paris Lounge Network. You may also check out our Services FAQ to learn more about the merchant reimbursement policy

•  If your Extime Lounge access purchase on extime.com is reimbursed, the points you have been credited with will be deducted immediately from your points balance and the points used for the same booking will be credited back to your points balance. 
•  If your Extime Lounge access purchase on extime.com is not reimbursed, the points you have been credited with will not be deducted from your points balance and the points used for the same booking will not be credited back to your points balance. 

The same goes for the points used for this purchase, the points will be credited back to your account.
As specified in Extime Rewards Terms & Conditions

You can use the contact form (accessible from Paris Aéroport application under "Contact" or the www.parisaeroport.fr website) to send us a copy of your receipt and your Extime points will be credited to your account by our customer service.

If a flight you booked online at https://extime-vol.misterfly.com is cancelled, the points you have been credited with will be deducted immediately from your points balance.

The points used for the same booking will not be recredited to your points balance.

The Misterfly voucher will not be reactivated.

If you have registered in your wallet a My Paris Aéroport loyalty card, it is still functional. However, to enjoy a full digital experience with the new Extime Rewards loyalty program, we strongly advise you to delete it and add our new Extime Rewards digital card to your wallet instead.

1- Present your loyalty card at the cashier (available from your personal account on www.extime.com or from Paris Aéroport mobile application, the parisaeroport.fr website, or from your wallet).

2- In Relay, Air de Paris, Travel & Co, Discover Paris shops
If you are eligible and have a minimum of 200 Extime points, our salesperson will offer you  to use your points to benefit from a gift voucher (= immediate discount) according to the scale of 200 Extime points = €2 excluding VAT of discount. Points are used in increments of 200 Extime points (200, 400, 600, 800, etc...). The maximum number of points in your account will be used automatically according to the points slice rule. You cannot choose the number of points to use.

3- In Extime Duty Free Paris shops
If you are eligible, our salesperson will offer you to use your points to benefit from an Extime gift voucher on your purchase.Points are used in increments of 400 Extime points (400, 800, 1200, 1600, etc.)..The maximum number of points in your account will be used automatically according to the points slice rule. You cannot choose the number of points to use.

4- You can check your points balance at any time in your loyalty account on www.extime.com and www.parisaeroport.fr websites or Paris Aéroport app.. The use of Extime points can be cumulated with the loyalty discount of 10% on beauty.

After logging in with your identifiers on the websites www.extime.com or www.parisaeroport.fr or the Paris Aéroport mobile application, if you are eligible, rewards will be offered automatically when you make a reservation.

If you have a minimum of 400 Extime points, you will be offered an Extime gift voucher, in the form of an immediate digital discount, at the end of your reservation, before payment. Points are used in increments of 400 points (400, 800, 1200, 1600, etc.).

The use of Extime points can be cumulated with the loyalty discount of 5% from your 2nd parking reservation.

After logging in with your identifiers on the websites www.extime.com or the Paris Aéroport mobile application, if you are eligible, rewards will be offered automatically when you make a reservation.

If you have a minimum of 400 Extime points, you will be offered an Extime gift voucher, in the form of an immediate digital discount, at the end of your reservation, before payment. Points are used in increments of 400 points (400, 800, 1200, 1600, etc.).

The use of Extime points can be cumulated with the loyalty discount of 5% from your 2nd parking reservation.

Log in to your Extime Rewards account at www.parisaeroport.fr and exchange your Extime points for Misterfly discount vouchers.

As soon as 400 Extime points, you can get a discount voucher worth:

400 Extime points = €12€ excluding tax (excl. Airport taxes and fuel surcharge)

800 Extime points = €24€ excluding tax (excl. Airport taxes and fuel surcharge)

1200 Extime points = €36€ excluding tax (excl. Airport taxes and fuel surcharge)

The maximum number of points that can be used for a flight booking is 1200 Extime points. 

Once your points have been converted into a discount voucher, you will receive an email with a promotional code to enter in your shopping cart at https://extime-vol.misterfly.com.

Misterfly discount vouchers cannot be combined and are only valid on flight bookings.

They are valid until 12/31/Y+1 of the date the promotional code was obtained.

Yes, promotional codes are cumulative with the use of Extime points.

If you make a purchase on the online shop and chose to use your points, if your payment does not go through, the points you used will be recredited to your account within 1 hour. After 1 hour, your points balance will be updated, and you will be able to use your points.  

If you get reimbursed for a purchase in a shop, the points that were deducted will be immediately credited to your account.

The same goes for the points earned for this purchase, the points will be deducted back to your account.

If you cancel a parking reservation, the points that were deducted will be immediately credited to your account.

The same goes for the points earned for this purchase, the points will be deducted back to your account.

If you cancel an Extime Lounge access reservation on www.extime.com, the points that were deducted will be immediately credited back to your account. 

As specified in Extime Rewards Terms & Conditions.

If your flight tickets reservation is cancelled and if you have used your descount voucher (obtained after converting your Extime Points), the points you used will not be recredited to your kitty.

Reminder of the ratio: €1 excl. tax = 1 point and 200 points = €2 excl. Tax

If you only have 200 Extime points in your account and your purchase only contains one item, and it is strictly less than €2 excl.tax, then you will not be able to use your 200 Extime points.

However, if you hold 201 Extime points, this is possible and only 200 Extime points will be charged to you.

This is a marginally special case, as indicated in Extime Rewards Terms & Conditions.

Reminder of the ratio: €1 excl. tax = 1 point and 400 Extime points = €8 excl. Tax

If you only have 400 Extime points in your account and your purchase only contains one item, and it is strictly less than €8 excl.tax, then you will not be able to use your 400 Extime points.

However, if you hold 401 Extime points, this is possible and only 400 Extime points will be charged to you.

This is a marginally special case, as indicated in Extime Rewards Terms & Conditions.

The calculation rule of our loyalty program does not allow us to cover the entire cart amount, a delta of a few cents will always have to be paid. This case is temporary and concerns both parking reservations and Click & Collect purchases on the website www.extime.com.

Yes, the Extime Rewards and ALL (Accor's lifestye loyalty program) loyalty program have joined forces for more privileges. It is therefore possible to convert your Extime points into ALL Reward points.

To convert your Extime points into ALL Rewards points (Accor's lifestyle loyalty program), you must have an ALL account and be registered with the Extime Rewards loyalty programme.

Connect to your Extime Rewards account from the websites www.extime.com and www.parisaeroport.fr or the Paris Aéroport application and convert your Extime points into Reward ALL points (Accor's lifestyle loyalty program) in increments of 400 points.

400 Extime points = 400 Reward ALL points

The transfer is done within 72 hours and is final.

If the Accor partner refuses the conversion of Extime points into Reward ALL points, the Extime points will be credited back to the your Extime Rewards account.

No, this is not possible.

Yes, the Extime Rewards and Flying Blue loyalty programmes have joined forces for more privileges. It is therefore possible to convert Extime Points into Flying Blue Miles.

The conversion is only possible in increments of 400 points.

To convert your Extime points into Flying Blue Miles, you must have a Flying Blue account and be registered with the Extime Rewards loyalty program.

Connect to your Extime Rewards account from the websites www.extime.com and www.parisaeroport.fr or the Paris Aéroport application and convert your Extime points into Flying Blue Miles in increments of 400 points.

400 Extime points = 800 Flying Blue Miles.

The transfer is immediate and definitive.
